Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. This Court while entertaining the present petition on 12.12.2024 had passed the following order:- "The order dated 03.12.2024 has been recalled. Therefore, the petitioner does not press prayer no. 1. As regard prayer no. II, Mr. Jitendra Prashad, learned Standing Counsel shall seek instructions in the matter within a week. Lay as fresh on 19.12.2024." 4. In compliance of the said order, learned Standing has placed the instruction before the Court which is taken on record. As per instruction, petitioner was given additional charge of Ziledar on 25th January, 2019 with a rider that he will not be entitled to any additional pay for the said additional charge. 5.
