He further submits that the matter is cognizable before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the petitioner may have challenged this order passed by the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Gautam Budh Nagar, NOIDA before the Tribunal. 2. Order is taken on record. 3. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 15.02.2025 upon Sri Devendra Pratap Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Liberty rests with the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for redressal of his grievances. 5. Subject to aforesaid liberty, petition is consigned to record.
