By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who has retired as Accounts Clerk from the respondent establishment, is claiming post retirement dues including other pensionary benefits. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already approached the authority previously but nothing progressed in the matter. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that as per instruction, the petitioner's claim is being considered at the level of the Competent Authority, namely, the Commissioner Rural Development, U.P. Lucknow. 5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Government of U.P.
