By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief:- (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 3 to 6 to accept the application form of the petitioner with regard to appointment on the post of Panchayat Sahayak/Accountant-cum- Data Entry Operator in village Jaidopur, Post Chhata, District Ballia and prepare new merit list after accepting form of the petitioner and till then result may not be declared. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has already made a representation on 16th July, 2024 and reminder on 12th September, 2024 but nothing has progressed in the matter. 4.
