Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus to respondents to remove the debarment order dated 08.07.2024 given to the petitioner in respect of future examinations. 3. Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the said order having not been challenged has attained finality, and secondly he submits that controversy in such matter is already engaging attention of the Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No.5828 of 2023 in which directions/orders were passed to the effect that no High Court should entertain petitions arising out of such controversy.
