By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, to correct and refix the pension of the petitioner on the basis of the Basic Pay Rs.64,100/-, (or equivalent to the said pay scale payable) instead of Rs.60,400/- (on which the Respondent Authorities computed the pension of the petitioner) II. Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, to give arrears of the difference of the pay scale/salary since December-2023." 3.
