As per instructions, under the advertisement in question, a candidate was required to possess caste certificate issued between 01.04.2023 and 16.01.2024 only and since the petitioner could not file any caste certificate of the relevant period, his candidature was not considered. 4. Meeting the queries to the observations made in my order dated 24.02.2025, learned Standing Counsel submits that the caste certificate is always available online provided it has previously been issued from the Tehsil concerned as it is entered in the computer records and therefore, this plea cannot be permitted to be taken by the petitioner that he was not issued with another caste certificate. 5.
