Heard Shri Laloo Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to conduct review medical examination afresh. 4. According to the petitioner review medical examination was not held by hospitalizing him as per the relevant guidelines prescribed for that purpose. 5. Learned counsel for respondent on the contrary has obtained instructions in the matter and as per the instructions petitioner was duly hospitalized at CHSSB Purnea at Bathnaha a government hospital where his regular check up of blood pressure was done during this period his blood pressure ranged between 150/80 and he was discharged from the hospital on 14.10.2024.
