By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to conduct review medical examination afresh. 4. According to the petitioner review medical examination was not held by hospitalizing him as per the relevant guidelines prescribed for that purpose. 5. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary has obtained instructions in the matter and as per the instructions petitioner was duly hospitalized at CHSSB Purnea at Bathnaha a government hospital where his regular check up of blood pressure was done on 06.10.2024 and 07.10.2024 during this period his blood pressure ranged between 145/85 to 148/92 and h
