Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Compliance affidavit has been filed today by Mr. Asharam Verma, present City Magistrate of district Ballia, which is taken on record. As per paragraph 4, it has been stated that B-12 of the official residence assigned to the Chief Medical Superintendent of district Hospital Ballia and whoever becomes Chief Medical Superintendent of the hospital becomes ex officio occupant of the residence. It is submitted that it is in this capacity Dr. Sujeet Kumar Yadav, Chief Medical Superintendent, district Hospital is residing therein right from the date he took charge on 17.6.2023, and accordingly, he has not been paid house rent allowance. It is further averred in paragraph 11 of the affidavit that that official government accommodation D-14 (Type-II) is vacant in the Collectorate Colony, which could be allotted to the petitioner Let D-14 (Type-II) situate at Collectorate Colony, Ballia be allotted to the petitioner within a week
