By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the advertisement dated 24th October, 2024, by which the post of Aganbadi Worker where the petitioner has been working as incharge has come to be advertised. Upon a pointed query being made as to on what ground the petitioner has set up his claim, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discharging duties as incharge Aganbadi Worker as she was previously recommended for being offered regular appointment on account of completion of five years of service. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since the post in question has come to be advertised as per the relevant rules which are not under challenge and the recommendation that was made in the year 2008 had not been acceded to, the post deserved to be filled up by a candidate having the requisite
