Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of attachment from one cluster of gram panchayat to another cluster. 3. I do find in such attachment having taken place under the order impugned in administrative exigency. 4. However in the event petitioner joins the transferred cluster and makes a representation within a period of two weeks from today, before the respondent No. 3, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a further period of two months.
