The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit for Chest depression (chest wall deformed) and squint right eye/ convergence insufficient and Varicose vein and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination of petitioner was in fact not got done, however, petitioner could not dispute his signatures taken upon review medical opinion paper. Even otherwise the controversy involved in this petition for the purpose of medical test for third time is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this
