Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that his wife Babita, his father Matadin, his brother's wife Rubi and his mother Rama Devi and his cousin Narendra Kumar are all having job card to work in a MNREGA scheme and were therefore, rightly given the money but it is under the threat of the Block Development Officer that the money transacted in the account of these beneficiaries have been largely refunded and further assurance was given by the petitioner that remaining amount will also be refunded. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not justify from the supplementary affidavit filed today as to under what circumstances, petitioner concealed the letter written by him on 27.11.2024 to the Block Development Officer, Babina, Jhansi in his petition. 3.
