From the instructions it is clear that the disciplinary proceedings have been drawn against the petitioner vide order dated 11.11.2024 by the Superintendent of Police, Hamirpur. 3. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence at this stage for decision to be taken by the authority upon the representation of the petitioner as prayed for. Petitioner is directed to cooperate in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him as per the order of Superintend of Police, Hamirpur. It is further provided that after the petitioner approaches the authority he shall be granted full opportunity to contest the matter of disciplinary proceedings.
