By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner who is adopted son of Late Rajan Singh wants post retirement dues of Late Radha including the GPF, leave encashment, gratuity etc. 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has already obtained succession order from National Lok Adalat on 12.12.2020 in Misc. Case No.09 of 2018 decided by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bareilly and the said judgment has not been further questioned by any one and has attained finality. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for post retirement dues of Late Radha in the light of the succession order which the petitioner has obtained under the order of Civil Judge concerned provided petitioner presents certified copy of judgment of National Lok A
