The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit for lymphadenopathy and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. 3. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination of petitioner that he got done in government hospital separately he was found fit. 4. Such controversy involved as in this petition for the purpose of medical test for a third time is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Miss Neha v. St
