Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Instructions placed today are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for parties. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner prays for post retirement dues which has remained unpaid. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that most of retirement dues have already been paid to the petitioner and only amount of 10% of GPF remained unpaid and also petitioner is getting interim pension at this stage because criminal case is pending against him. 5. Counsel for petitioner in reply submits that even gratuity has not been paid. 6. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of gratuity and 10% of the GPF amount after its due verification by the department concerned.
