Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1.Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has question the order of suspension dated 07.11.2024 on the ground that it has been issued absolutely on vague and flimsy charges. He has also alleged malafides on part of the disciplinary authority in passing the order of suspension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the order of suspension was passed on 07.11.2024 and in the meanwhile petitioner has also been served with the charge sheet to which reply has also been submitted. 4. In such above view of the matter, I consider it more appropriate to expedite the disciplinary proceedings and in the event of delay in the conclusion of disciplinary proceedings despite time prescribed by this Court, petitioner may be entitled to revocation of suspension order. 5.
