Petitioner is a complainant against respondent No. 5 who was an employee of the establishment and want expeditious disposal of disciplinary enquiry initiated upon his complaint. 2. Upon a pointed query being made learned counsel for petitioner could not disclose that he is not an employee of the establishment and except for the complaint he has no other stakes are involved. 3. In such circumstances, I decline to grant indlugence in the matter as neither a petition at the behest of complainant is maintainable in service matters of employee of a government establishmen,t nor public interest petition is entertainable. 4.
