By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has question the order of suspension dated 22.10.2024 passed by the respondent No. 4. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner has been placed under suspension without permission of the District Magistrate. 5. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already been served with the charge- sheet, I consider it more appropriate at this stage that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner be brought to its logical end and in the event of delay, petitioner may be entitled to revocation of suspension order. 6.
