Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents release leave encashment amount to the petitioner for 155 days with interest." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection petitioner files a representation in the above regard. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent respondent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months. 5.
