By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding & directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an order to reinstate in on duty as before. (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding & directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the representation moved by the petitioner on 29.10.2024 within the stipulated time period." 3.
