By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned appointment of respondent no.5 as Chaukidaar made on 12.12.2022. No possible explanation has come for in the petition for approaching this Court for such a long delay of three years. The only ground taken is that some enquiry has been conducted in the matter and appointment of those who were to attain the age of 60 years in 2022 was held to be bad. 3. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is still 57 years of age. Upon a further query being made as to how his age is to be determined he takes the Court to the photocopy of Adhar Card of the petitioner, however, I find that in Adhar Card date of birth of the petitioner is recorded as 01.01.1965 as per which the petitioner has already attained the age of 60 years.
