By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the medical expenditure to the petitioner under the U.P. Government Servant (Medical Attendance) Rule 2011 at the tune of Rs. 11,13,517/-." 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the concerned respondents can be directed to look into and pass appropriate orders. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach respondent No. 1 along with certified copy of this order for disposal of the pending medical claims within a period of three weeks from today.
