By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 31.07.2024 and the relieving order dated 11.09.2024. 3. In the considered view of the Court once the petitioner has stood transferred in public interest under general transfer order, and has also been relieved, such order need not be interfered with. However, in the event petitioner joins the place of posting under transfer pursuant to the transfer and relieving order and makes a representation within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the competent authority in the matter within a further period of one month.
