By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for payment of pensionary benefits. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that looking to the order dated 18.12.2009 petitioner may be entitled to pension under the new pension scheme. 3. It transpires from the records that petitioner was required to submit form of pension on 02.11.2020. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation afresh before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made regarding claim for pensionary benefits as per the existing rules at the time she attained the superannuation in the year 2019, petitioner's claim shall be considered in accordance with law and the representation shall be disposed of by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months.
