By means of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: " a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the respondents to re-fix the monthly of the petitioner on the basis of Basic Pay Scale Rs. 64,100/- per month, at the time of, in place of Basic Pay Scale Rs. 60,400/-, within short stipulated period which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and pay the monthly to the petitioner forthwith on the basis of Basic Pay Scale Rs. 64,100/- per month in place of Basic Pay Rs. 60,400/-" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the competent authority by moving representation dated 8.11.2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the competent authority in the matter is respondent no. 2 and he has no objection in the event direction
