Learned counsel for the State at the very outset has informed that after institution of the present writ petition in the month of January, 2020 arising out of the impugned judgment/order passed by the Tribunal on 23.01.2019 in Claim Petition No.1935 of 2016, an order has been passed by the Director, Employment and Training, U.P. Lucknow on 27.11.2020 whereby the matter has been considered and decided as per the directions issued by the State Services Tribunal. Thus, the impugned judgment passed by the Tribunal has been carried out and for the reason the writ petition has lost its efficacy. In the circumstances of the case, if an employee is aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2020, he has an opportunity to assail the same in appropriate forum.
