As per compliance affidavit, 90 per cent of GPF amount along with interest is paid to the petitioner. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction that as and when records are furnished by the department regarding 10 percent remaining GPF amount to be paid, the concerned respondent no. 4 shall be releasing the amount forthwith.
