Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants a direction to the respondent-State Government to consider the representation made by the State-U.P. Veterinary Association dated 13.11.2024. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to the effect that the petitioner having approached this Court in independent capacity could not have prayed for a direction to the State Government for decision upon the respondent made by the Association. Besides this, it is also argued that the petitioner having questioned certain provisions of the Government Order that describe for certain requisite conditions for the grant of Assured Career Progression benefit, it would be first required to challenge those Government Orders. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties I find merit in the submissions
