Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instruction in the matter which is taken on record and the same is also supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India petitioner wants direction to the respondents to give him family pension, he being disabled person was dependent upon his parents. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the said claim has already stood rejected on 19.12.2017 which has not been challenged by the petitioner till date. 5. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate anything from the pleadings as to whether the petitioner has disclosed the fact about order dated 19.12.2017. 6.
