By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a suitable writ, orders or directions in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to give increments in the salary band and salary pay grade of petitioner by giving benefits of assured career progression scheme which falls due after 16 years on 01.12.2008 and also after completing 26 years of satisfactory service in view of government order वव. आ.-2-773(1)/दस -62(एम)/2008 dated 05.11.2014 coupled with government orders dated 12.02.2015, 03.03.2015 & 26.08.2015 and fixed the amount of pension accordingly and released the arrears of assure career progression and also re-fixation of pensionary benefits within stipulated period fixed by Hon'ble High Court.
