Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to expedite the claim of the petitioner in respect of sanction of medical leave of year 2016, forthwith." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of one month.
