Let necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. Order on Petition Heard Sri Ganesh Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner even though has retired on 30th June, 2024 but he has been denied of entire post retirements including pension. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since criminal case is pending against the petitioner and petitioner cannot held entitled to regular pension and even gratuity amount, however, regarding other post retirement dues this Court may direct to clear in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation within a period of four weeks from today regarding his post retirement dues to the respondent No.-
