The petitioner submits that his son is 100% cerebrally disabled and is undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. 3. The petitioner himself belongs to Low Medical Category and has been categorized as SHAPE–A2(L). 4. The petitioner has admittedly addressed the representation to respondents on 9 April 2025. 5. Mr. Tiwari, learned SPC for the respondents, undertakes, on instructions, that the representation would be decided within a period of three weeks from today and that the transfer would not be implemented till the decision on the representation is conveyed to the petitioner. 6.
