This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 19.01.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in Original Application (O.A.) No. 2282 of 2022, titled ‘Bimla Devi v. Union of India & Ors.’, allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent with the following relief: “16. Resultantly, the O.A. is allowed and the impugned letter dated 26.11.2019 is quashed and set aside.
