The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner– Suresh Babu under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the Respondents to not evict or dispossess the Petitioner from his existing vending site opposite Shop No. 129, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi where he claims to be squatting since 1989.
