This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 02.04.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in Original Application No. 3316/2016 titled Smt. Bala v. Staff Selection Commission (Head Quarter) (‘O.A.’), allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein with the following direction: “ 12. Accordingly, we allow the present OA quashing the action of the respondents in cancelling the candidature of the applicant 13. In the event of the applicant having qualified and meeting other eligibility criteria, necessary offer of appointment to the post of MTS will be given to her with
