This instant intra-court appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 6463 of 2000 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed. 2. The appellant who was the writ-petitioner had filed W.P. No. 6463 (SS) of 2000 seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents of the writ petition to pay regular salary to the petitioner and to approve his appointment. He further prayed for quashing of the order dated 19.12.2000 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Unnao. 3. The case set up by the appellant was that Rani Laxmibai Kanya Vidyalaya Mandir Inter College, Unnao is a school duly recognized by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education,
