This appeal is directed against the order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 9360 of 2025, whereby the learned Single Judge has stayed the operation of the orders dated 16.12.2024 and 05.07.2023 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (for short 'the DRAT'). 2. The appellant along with respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7, had approached the DRAT against the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal. Along with the appeal, an application seeking waiver of pre deposit was filed. The DRAT, by its order dated 05.07.2023, came to the conclusion that the petitioner had already deposited more than 50% of the amount due and accordingly, the waiver application was disposed of. The DRAT whereafter ordered that no coercive action shall be taken by the Bank agains
