This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.10.2022 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-A No. 18588 of 2021 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant seeking grant of second and third ACP to her late husband with consequential prayer of a direction to the respondents to provide benefits and refix the pension came to be dismissed. 2. The husband of the petitioner was appointed on the post of Lekhpal in District Pratapgarh on 09.04.1982, who retired on 31.05.2020 from the post of Lekhpal and was given only one promotional pay scale in the whole service period.
