This appeal is directed against the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ C No.10016 of 2022 whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur has been dismissed. 2. The writ petition was filed against the order dated 23.02.2022 on the ground that once the Assistant Registrar had held that no election of Committee of Management of the Society in question had taken place after 2005, the Assistant Registrar could not have declared the list of 17 members of the General Body for the year 2010-11 as 'valid'. 3. Learned Single Judge, after hearing the parties, came to the conclusion that the counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate from the record that 17 members of General Body for the year 2010-20
