This appeal is directed against order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 16912 of 2022, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellants seeking appointment of authorised controller qua the institution in question has been dismissed, inter alia, on the ground that no provision for appointment of authorised controller could be pointed out. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants, at the outset, made submissions that during the pendency of the writ petition, on 22.05.2023, an authorised controller has been appointed qua the Society for a period of six months, which period has been extended from time to time and even today, an authorised controller is incharge of the institution and, therefore, the petition could not have been dismissed
