The instant intra court appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the High Court Rules is directed against an interlocutory order passed by the writ court in Writ A No. 3573 of 2025. 3. The writ petition is directed against the order of transfer. The writ court while rejecting the application for interim relief has put on record the reasons leading to passing of such an order. The appellant belongs to the disciplined force and is ready to give up the proceedings before this Court. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant has stated that the appellant has since joined at the place of transfer and does not wish to pursue the proceedings any further. 5.
