For the reasons indicated in the application supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. 3. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 4. This appeal is directed against order dated 12.12.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 37549 of 2024 whereby the orders dated 24.07.2024, 17.08.2024, 02.09.2024 and 09.09.2024 impugned in the writ petition passed by the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Prayagraj Region, Prayagraj have been stayed. 5. Writ petition was filed questioning the validity of the orders impugned, whereby by order dated 22.07.2024 the Assistant Registrar had annulled the elections of the society s
