An application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. This appeal is directed against the order dated 24.01.2019 passed by learned Single Judge in Service Single No.4183 of 2013, whereby directions were given to the appellants to consider and give opportunity to the respondent for appointment on a regular post of Computer Operator in the Department along with further directions. 4.
