This appeal is directed against order dated 15.04.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - A No. 2622 of 2023 whereby though the writ petition filed by the appellant was allowed and order dated 02.09.2022 impugned in the writ petition whereby the services of the appellant were terminated, was quashed, the appellant was denied back wages. 2. The appeal is barred by 309 days. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal, supported by affidavit of the appellant. 3. It is inter-alia claimed in the application that the writ petition was disposed of by judgement and order dated 15.04.2024, a contempt petition seeking compliance of the directions issued was filed by the appellant.
