The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 3. This appeal is directed against order dated 07.01.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 28017 of 2024, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant seeking quashing of the order of cancellation of candidature of the appellant for Volleyball Stream on the basis of determination of his age by adopting procedure of biological age, has been dismissed. 4. During the pendency of writ petition before the learned Single Judge, the petitioner was subjected to medical examination by a Medical Board, which determined the age of the petitioner as 15- 16 years, based on which learned Single, as the criterion for selection was 9-12
