The Office has reported a delay of 673 of days. In view of the order proposed to be passed on the memo of appeal, the application for delay in filing the Special Appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned. Order on the memo of Appeal The order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with unconditionally and this fact is undisputed between the parties. Thus, the State Government cannot turn around and assail the same judgment passed by the writ Court which has already been acted upon.
